TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department said one person was killed and six were injured during a shooting at Tulsa’s Juneteenth Festival Saturday night.

Police said the shooting took place around 11 p.m. at the festival on North Greenwood Avenue.

A 22-year-old man was killed and one of the victims is in critical condition. The victims range from 17-years-old to 33-years-old.

The rest of the Juneteenth Festival activities are cancelled for Sunday. The organizers released a statement on Facebook Sunday morning.

Police said it is unknown how many suspects were involved. Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to contact the Tulsa Police Department at 918-596-9222.
