LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – Juneteenth is officially celebrated on June 19, but numerous events marking this symbolic date have already been happening in mid-Michigan. One in particular that’s set to begin is the 2024 Lansing Juneteenth Celebration, which will include a Freedom Festival, a 5K, and a parade.
