As it has for the past 20 years, the Unified Committee for Afro-American Contributions will hold its annual Juneteenth celebration, but this year’s event will feature a significant change.
Instead of being held at John G. Lancaster Park in Lexington Park as it has for the past two decades, the event is moving to the St. Mary’s County Fairgrounds in Leonardtown.
