
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – Due to the threat of thunderstorms, the Juneteenth Parade Celebration on Dexter Avenue scheduled for 2 p.m. has been cancelled, according to state Rep. Patrick Sellers.
Despite cancelation, other Juneteenth events are ongoing, including the Juneteenth Gospel Celebration, EJI’s Night of Jazz, and more.
In addition, admission to the Equal Justice Initiative’s Legacy Sites will be free all day Thursday.
