
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Even though Juneteenth happened on Thursday, dozens of people celebrated the holiday that marks the end of slavery on Sunday.
Several people gathered at Roger Williams Park to attend a Juneteenth festival.

The festival offered music, food, and a documentation of culture and history to visitors.
