ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A celebration of freedom and resilience will be front and center this weekend for the annual Juneteenth Parade and Festival.
The parade’s 2025 grand marshal is Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens.
The mayor sat down with Atlanta News First to talk about the importance of celebrating Black pride and remembering the full history of emancipation.
