
GRAMBLING, La. (KNOE) – The City of Grambling is hosting the 5th Annual Juneteenth Heritage Festival from Saturday, June 8 through Wednesday, June 19.
KNOE’s Jasmine Bingham attended the Bake Off, Juneteenth Parade and Entrepreneur Fair. People from all over Northeast Louisiana traveled to the City of Grambling to enjoy games, prizes, baked goods, candy tossing, educational workshops and more.
The Mayor of Grambling said, ” The City of Grambling hosts the Juneteenth Festival each year to celebrate our freedom. This is our way of bringing the community together to honor our heritage and educate the community on the history behind Juneteenth.”
