CLINTON, Iowa (KWQC) – Living Peace 365 will host an installment of its Martin Luther King, Jr. Reading Series Wednesday at Clinton Community College.
According to a media release, the series will focus on Juneteenth, exploring its historical significance and its connection to Dr. King’s vision of freedom and equality.
Organizers said the event is scheduled for 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the Clinton Community College Library at 1000 Lincoln Blvd.
This event is free and open to the public with a Zoom option available. Organizers said light refreshments will be served.
