The city of Cordova is hosting a Juneteenth Freedom Day celebration.
The celebration is set for Wednesday, June 19, from noon to 6 p.m. at St. James CME Church, 49 Stevens St. in Cordova.
The event will feature local vendors, music, games, and food trucks.
Organizers invite everyone from the community from all different backgrounds to come out.
