The Strand Center for the Arts was the place to be Friday evening as early Juneteenth celebrations took over downtown Plattsburgh. The second annual Juneteenth festivities brought together the community for a vibrant evening of cultural celebration.The free event featured an array of attractions, including food, live music, poetry readings, and a display of art pieces that celebrate Black culture.
