
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – A parade to celebrate the Juneteenth holiday on Wednesday, June 19th, has been rescheduled.
The parade was originally set to start at 11:00 a.m. in downtown Topeka on Kansas Ave., but due to “impending weather conditions, organizers of the Topeka Family and Friends Juneteenth Celebration had to postpone the parade for the fall.”
When the rescheduled date will be has yet to be announced.
