
Washington County Government offices will be closed on Thursday, June 19, for Juneteenth. According to a community announcement, several county services will operate on a modified schedule.
The Hagerstown Regional Airport administrative offices will be closed, reopening on Friday, June 20. However, the airport terminal will be open from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Allegiant air services will continue as scheduled, with flights to St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport and Myrtle Beach International Airport.
Washington County Environmental Management offices will also be closed, including all services at Forty West Landfill and other transfer stations, resuming on June 20. Washington County Transit Services will operate on schedule, while Black Rock Golf Course will remain open.
The Washington County Treasurer’s Office will be closed on June 19, reopening the following day. All essential public safety services will continue without interruption.
