Hadley Duvall named among USA TODAY’s Women of the Year
Sexual assault survivor Hadley Duvall, who spoke at the 2024 Democratic National Convention about reproductive rights, is one of USA TODAY’s Women of the Year.
Milwaukee police are investigating a sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl as she walked home from the Juneteenth festival.
Police said the sexual assault happened about 2 miles away from the north end of the festival on the 4400 block of North 28th Street at about 2 p.m. June 19. The annual Juneteenth celebration takes place along King Drive.
Police do not have anyone in custody. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 414-935-7252 or to remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers at 414-224-Tips or use the P3 Tips app.
No other information was immediately available.
The Journal Sentinel reached out to the alderwomen that represent the area and have not yet heard back.
