HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – The Orion Amphitheatre’s 2nd annual Juneteenth Celebration is coming back to town this Saturday!
Laina Weldon, Cultural and Community Program Manager at the Orion Amphitheatre, recently joined in with 48 Now to preview what to expect at this year’s event, what makes Juneteenth so important to celebrate and what makes Orion such a great place to host it.
From local performers in a multitude of genres such as JRNL, Gypsy Soul, Nina Marie, Soul Karnival, R&B Vibes Live and Treetop to a wave of local vendors and a kid zone for the little ones, this year’s event is a little bit for everyone!
