ROUND ROCK, Texas — The 18-year-old accused of murder and aggravated assault in the fatal Juneteenth Celebration shooting in Round Rock has a history of violent crimes, according to new court records.
Round Rock police say Keshawn Dixon had been previously arrested for robbery, terroristic threat, assault, and evading arrest. They also say he is a documented gang member.

Police say the shooting at Old Settlers Park on June 15th stemmed from a feud between two rap groups.
Two people died and 14 others were injured.
Dixon is the first of three suspects arrested who is now facing murder charges.
