LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – As we approach the Juneteenth national holiday this Wednesday, June 19, the City of Laredo and Webb County have announced several closures to commemorate this significant day.
All administrative offices will be closed on Wednesday, including the Webb County Tax Assessor’s Office and other county administrative services.
Garbage and recycling collection will continue as scheduled, and the city landfill will remain open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
El Metro transit services, including the fixed route and El Lift, will maintain their usual schedules.
