PENSACOLA, Fla. — The City of Pensacola has rescheduled the 2025 Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade to Thursday, June 19.
The city canceled the annual MLK Day Parade in January due to safety concerns ahead of the unprecedented winter storm.
“City of Pensacola staff worked closely with the parade organizers to secure a new date for the annual event, ensuring ample time for proper planning and logistics,” the city says in a release Tuesday. “Ultimately, Juneteenth was selected as the new date.”
