A celebration marking the end of slavery in the United States is set to take up Willie Bell Park in El Campo for most of Saturday.
The El Campo Juneteenth Committee is hosting a parade and celebration starting 10 a.m. today. Event organizers say they expect the park to be occupied until 11 p.m.
