LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Juneteenth celebrations continue with Jamm’ in Jeff’s tribute to Black women in music.
Saturday evening will feature music from a variety of artists. The performances kick off at 5 p.m. at the RiverStage with dancing from Invincive Studio followed by a set from DJ Samosa. At 7, Grammy-nominated rapper Chika, known for her collaborations with famous artists like Snoop Dogg and Stevie Wonder, takes the stage with her inspiring music.
Headling the event and closing out the show is En Vogue. The group has won more MTV Video Music Awards than any other female group and sold more than 28 million records. They perform at 8:30.
