BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Community members in Columbia are celebrating Juneteenth with six and a half hours of free vendors, food, musical acts, artists and more.

Juneteenth, a federal holiday commemorating the emancipation of enslaved people in the U.S., was made a federal holiday in 2021.
