PLAINVILLE —Plainville’s Second Annual Juneteenth celebration is set for Wednesday at Veterans Memorial Park.
The event, organized by the local Anti-Racism Task Force and the Queen Ann Nzinga Center, will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the park at the center of town. In the event of rain, it will instead be held in the cafeteria at Plainville High School at 47 Robert Holcomb Way.
