Police reported that 18-year-old Keshawn Leray Dixon was arrested on July 6 in Killeen and taken to Bell County jail.

The second suspect, a male juvenile, was taken to the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center.
The shooting happened at Old Settlers Park during a Juneteenth celebration attended by hundreds of people. Police said the gunfire erupted as a result of an altercation between two groups at the event.
Killed in the shooting were Lyndsey Vicknair, 33, and Angelia Duke, 52, both mothers from the Round Rock area.
Police said the investigation is ongoing, and they are looking into more arrests in connection to the deadly shooting incident.
