
SHREVEPORT, La. – February is Black History Month and KTBS 3/KPXJ CW 21 continue to salute the contributions of African Americans in labor with the help of Bossier Parish high school students.
Opal Lee is the grandmother of Juneteenth and led a movement to make Juneteenth a federal holiday. She’s an advocate for history, justice and freedom.
