South Pointe Christian School (SPCS) high school students delivered “gratitude” baskets to area emergency departments on Patriot Day in remembrance of the tragedy of September 11, 2001.
Approximately 3,000 people lost their lives in the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil on that date. The U.S. Congress designated Sept. 11 as Patriot Day and a “National Day of Service and Remembrance” to honor the heroes and patriots of that tragic day.
