MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Organizers at Summerfest announced Wednesday the festival will return to the city in 2025, bringing food, rides, music, and more in June and July.
Organizers said Summerfest will run for three weekends, falling on two holidays: Juneteenth and the Fourth of July. The first weekend will run from Thursday, June 19 to Saturday, June 21. The second weekend will run from Thursday, June 26 to Saturday, June 28. The third and final weekend will run from Thursday, July 3 to Saturday, July 5.
For Juneteenth, organizers said Summerfest will partner with Northcott Neighborhood House to celebrate the history and culture of the holiday. The venue will feature new Juneteenth programming for attendees, and marks the first time Summerfest will formally participate in the holiday.
